As a physique focused coach and long time lifter, I bring 27 years of training experience to the Los Campeones floor. I work with everyday lifters and former athletes who want to get strong, build muscle, and drop body fat while keeping their joints feeling good. Whether you are brand new to the gym or have been lifting for years, my goal is to give you a clear plan that matches your goals, schedule, and injury history.

My coaching style is technical and supportive. Sessions focus on clean form, controlled tempo, and smart progressions so you feel each muscle work instead of feeling beat up after every workout. I keep programming simple and structured, and I pair it with straightforward nutrition habits that are realistic to follow outside the gym.
